As biological tags, these are utilized for quantitative detection. Silver Nanoparticles have excellent thermal, electrical and optical attributes. Known for their versatile nature, these are required for production of chemical sensor and photovoltaic cells. These play significant role in improving electrical properties and in lowering sintering temperature of filler materials, pastes and conductive inks. Optical properties of these products are required for molecular diagnosis process. Shape and size of such products are determined by following analytical procedures that include atomic force microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Presence of such nanoparticles can be noticed in the formulation of antimicrobial coatings.
